Just recently, I began calling my Q60 AWD "Snow Slut" as we've been getting a lot of snow and freezing conditions here, and she does real well in these conditions. But, I doubt I'll always call it that, I usually don't have a name for the Q60 as I am not too attached to it.

I also have a Nissan Titan I've owned for 12+ years, that I love to death.....she's called "ol girl" kinda like a reliable old dog.

My wife has a "Flame Blue" Corolla HB that we called "Smurfette".

I use female names from games and anime....geeky/otaku/weeb shit, I know.

'83 Mazda RX-7, Tsunade - Naruto (it was old, still looked good)
'89 Nissan 240SX, Muchiko - King of Fighters (it was my Whip)
'95 Nissan 240SX, Kula - King of Fighters (the AC in that thing was ridiculous)
'07 Nissan 350Z, Ibuki - Street Fighter (I just liked the name and Ibuki is my favorite female from Street Fighter aside from Rose)
'10 Nissan 270Z, Hinata - Naruto(Wore Purplish Grey, had Blue eyes)
'11 BMW Z4, Hilde - Soul Calibur (I try to use names that match the nationalities)
'16 Infiniti Q50S, Sakura - Naruto (the sport wheels reminded me of Sakura petals)

I had Michonne (Walking Dead) picked out for my C8 but since that plan went to hell, Nezuko (Demon Slayer) is what I'm leaning on for the Z.

my mustang was affectionately called "the work horse" because I used to daily it for a long time.

Never could really get into naming stuff.
