    Street legal mods from Nismo?

Well, you are correct that its not just running catless. It is also due to SOME tuners running cars in a manner that increases hydrocarbon and other emissions. A small proportion of cars can have a measurable effect on air quality. Yes, measurable.

    Street legal mods from Nismo?

I thank EPA for the clean air I breath, being old enough to remember the chocking smog of LA back in the day. All the folks running around with catless exhaust are significantly responsible for this mess. And, while I appreciate SEMA in general, they are guilty of gross misrepresentations of...

General Ask a Nissan Salesman Thread

I bought my Supra in December of 2020 and they were trying to give it away. I got it for around $7.5k under sticker. Granted, $2.5k was rebate. Wow things went to hell.

2023 Nissan Z Launch Delayed Until Summer 2022

Impressive cars. I think BMW did well with the new M240i.

We sold my wife’s year old Mercedes for more tha we paid for it and above MSRP. Was that wrong?

General Ask a Nissan Salesman Thread

I think the error in much of the discussion is talking at all about justification. Dealerships need no justification for setting a price for a market good. This is a car, not pediatric cancer treatments. There is a manufacturer SUGGESTED retail price, but unless there is a legally binding...

General Ask a Nissan Salesman Thread

I appreciate your posts broadly, but I think you’re wrong here. I think there is a HUGE difference in providing a rational explanation versus a defense. Our OP has primarily if not entirely done the one and not the other. Also, ending a post with “full stop” is a bit much. As if there is...

What other car/truck forums are you more active in, other than here?

Drove a new M240i today. That thing is a beast off the line.

Other cars, really only one other option?

I haggled and haggled (before car prices went crazy) and got my 3.0 A90 new for under $50k. But those days are clearly gone.

Who's gonna install lambo doors on the new Z?

It certainly counts as an unlucky marsupial.

Who's gonna install lambo doors on the new Z?

How about curb feelers and truck nuts and call it a build?

2020 Toyota Supra makes world debut

The B58 is doing well and should have support for some time to come, so that might factor in. I love the B58 (have owned two) and would get another.

I won’t pay an adjusted market price, but I understand why it makes sense for a market good. I see corvettes ordered for $75-80k by customers being sold on the used market for $95-100k. Why should a dealership sell a vehicle on the lot to a consumer at below market rate and let that consumer...

People might (might) trust their own congressional member (if they voted for them), but they must trust everybody else’s. So, it’s a measure that maybe doesn’t say much. Albeit, it’s a measure that has changes over the last few decades and that probably does have some meaning.

Boulder Gray Walk Around by Raiti's Rides

Makes me even more incredulous that Nissan hyped the piss-yellow Z. Much prefer the Boulder Grey. This guys reviews are ok, but wow - word salad. But still worth a view. I’m thinking this is my color.

    Z at DC Auto Show

I know yellow is the launch color, but it really looks much better in other colors. I don’t think they are generating as much interest as they could.
