how hard was it to get the old one off?
Old one isn't difficult at all to get off. I used dental floss, took about 30 seconds to get the emblem off. Then used goo gone and rubbed the adhesive off, took about 5 minutes to get all the adhesive off. No issues with paint getting damaged.

Im really hovering around this and dig it. I haven’t put so much as a single sticker on mine, I dig a pretty minimal look in general but man I bet if i did the fairlady text in a subtle lighter gray (mine’s boulder) like Porsch’s cement or Audi’s nardo (via color match touch up kit) it would look ultra clean. Maybe even the “Z” too. Yeah I might try it, thanks for posting!

Actually I preemptively ordered colorchips touch-up kit for mine in cement thinking I’d need to correct a ton pre PPF which wasn’t the case, yeah I bet actual color matched to body would look sharp. I’m going to give it a shot.

Piece of cake. Just carefully heated it up a bit with a hairdryer, then pulled 10lb test fishing line behind it from short side edge and viola! It pulled right off in a matter of seconds.
