Is there a way to polish this piano black crap or will it have to be replaced?

Unfortunately it is black plastic, not paint. My understanding is that it will create a haze using polish. But see below. Dealer claims they’ll fix it. I just hope they don’t try to polish it.https://www.menzerna.com/
Get you a small diameter orbital cut pad and use menzerna brand polish because it's the the bestto get that scratch out. Welcome to piano black paint. It won't be the last. Bird poop dried on mine. Wiping with a wet soft microcloth still left a micro scratch on my piano black paint. So of course I use a orbital with green cut pad to polish and then wax to a pleasing finish.
Yes, and they say they will. I’m concerned their plan is to polish it, which I don’t believe will work. If they don’t want to replace it, I’ll just have a body shop do it and when I have to go back to the dealer remind them they damaged my car and to not do it again or the damage is on them. We’ll see on Monday when I can return their voicemail.Did you asked them to fix it for you?
If you like carbon fiber finish you could get the caps that go on top of these, would still try and get dealer to fix fistSo of course I can’t just get an oil change without damage.

Thinking the same thing. It’s actually cheaper to buy OEM replacement(s) in n ePay than buy Carbon Fiber caps. And you still have a spare if the other side gets scratched or worn. But if you like the Carbon Fiber look… go for it!If you like carbon fiber finish you could get the caps that go on top of these, would still try and get dealer to fix fist
