Good question,I don't know how that would work.I guess common sense would or should take place if you are buying the car in the middle of winter with lots of snow on the ground.

Back in 2018-2020 US dealers can't sell the Mustang GT PP2 pkg in winter because of the factory 305s Michelin Sport Cup 2s, super sticky but super slippery undriveable in snow! They could replace it with PS4s if customer insists.
