Does the track version require the evap canister adapter relocation? Where is this interference? I would like to avoid having to do this.

Evap kit install on mine didn't flash a check engine light. Im good to go. Put over 200 miles on it so far.

Noted! I guess nothing can be as bad as my re-geared S2k on the highway screaming at 4.5k RPM...
At least you could drop the top to make the drone bearable.

I had the 70mm Invidia N1 single, N1 dual, back to N1 single, then finally settled on the 3” berk header back single w/ JVC header. I kept ear plugs in the car….

i hope to avoid that - I’m looking at the track version - i think this engine will be much quieter even with the track version. In fact, i would love an AWE non-resonator and non-muffler - race version?

It’s literally 20 seconds of work, if you can unscrew a lightbulb you can do the evap canister.
Thanks - i just hate having to relocate stuff for a mod specially on a new car. Any way to tweak the exhaust to avoid this?

Its not as drone loud as my past Nvidia 1000 on my FK8 Type R. At idle start up it has bass and Its dark and very low in cabin around 3000RPM. Acceleratiing to 5000RPM is has a nice low bass like scream. That Xpipe and resonators does a good job . We all have different tolerance levels of comfort. This is better than Invidia.

You have to relocate the evaporator elbow for it to fit. I’m not exaggerating; it’s literally just an elbow fitting, I’m really particular and this didn’t bother me.

You’re exactly right. I have the track version and stock LDPs. Nice grumble at idle and cold start, is pretty lively between 2500-4000, but still pretty quiet outside of that range. That’s why I got it though. Stock manual exhaust embarrassingly pedestrian. Long term I’ll do LDPs, but at least with the AWE, we can do axle-back conversion to touring if it’s too loud.

Yes, piece of cake though… re-use factory o-ring and zip-tie itself to the same harness. Literally easiest part of the install and unnoticeable
Appreciate the feedback!
