I ended up buying two things from eBay. A compact spare from a 2015 Q50 (18x4) and the jack/tools from a 370Z. (Spent around ~$190)

Hi Shuino, thank you for your thread. Can you please share what the letter before the "8" in the area I circled above? Also, would you know if I could get a jack tool set from any 370z year or is the Z only compatible with certain years of 370z sets? Thank you!

I picked up a scissor jack from Harbor Freight for 22 bucks that has worked out.

I believe those numbers are just a "revision" or "version" thing, so over the years those numbers change. Anything pulled from any 370Z should work and fit in the trunk of the Z.

I am also tempted to add the spare tire to my 2024 Z. Looking for one, I found this tire/jack combo in e bay. It is a 17" tire. Anyone has any experience with this?

I don't think that would fit around the Z's brake calipers, 17" limiting size, better test fit first.

I'm also looking for a spare kit, before my long drive next month. Great thread!!

Well, thanks for the tips here, scored a brand new spare for $150 locally. Owner bought it for his Q50 but was totalled, so never installed it. He paid $300. Fits perfectly flush, flat floor, without the Bose plastic center spacer.

I'll get a scissor jack later, should be generic. They all work the same way.

I paid about $500 for the 19" easy spare. I feel better with new rubber, if im going to lug it around for a few more years. The bass is upgraded !
I took out the tire repair kit, ill call roadside to swap the wheels if and when I need help, since i pay for it anyway. Thanks for sharing the info beforehand!

I just completed installing spare tire in my Z. It was quick and easy. Purchased a used spare (145/70 R18) from a 370Z off Ebay for $180.

I also just finished installing the spare tire. It was not a perfect fit, I guess not all tires are the same, but the size was the 145/ 70R18 as well. It just protrudes a little (unnoticeable) from the Bose bass. The other issue I had was the jack to be a little longer, so I had to wrapped it and set it at the side of the tire. But overall, a good investment.
