Fake vents, half BMW, whatever anyone wants to say.. the car performs very well. Very underrated stock. Hopefully the 2023 Z's 400HP is closer to WHP otherwise the Supra is going to blow the doors off the Z.
Yep, great performing car. All their I6 turbo/twin turbo engines from the last 15 years have been this way, some more than others but always pretty underrated, so no surprise there. Even just a mild OTS tune really wakes them up.

Just saw another GR Supra in traffic yesterday, that car has a strong ass road presence. It's always crazy seeing just how compact and sculpted that thing is.

All great news, but the price may easily reach 60k. I wonder why they didn’t opt for a manual in the 2.0 also?

With Toyota selling over 10million cars every year (Nissan less than 1M) and partnering up with major player--BMW--, they can cooperate to easily overcome the supply chain issue. So it wouldn't be surprising if Toyota will deliver the MT Supra before the Nissan Z.

In fact I do want a Supra but I can't justify the cost; so Nissan Z fits the bill better: BRZ ($30K), Nissan Z ($40K), or Supra ($55K)

Curious to know what the final price difference will be between the 6MT Performance Z and similarly equipped 6MT Supra. I bet still over $15K.

"Toyota hasn't said what the 2023 Supra with the manual transmission will cost, but did hint that it might carry a price premium by referring to the stick as an "option."
