18 x 10.5 square fitment

Anybody running these? This is for my second track set, I need to know what range of offsets work without major fender work. I intend to put -3 to -3.5 deg camber front and -2+ rear, corner balance later. Will +15 offset work or too low? Thanks guys, any inputs from actual use? Photos will really help!

Also looking into Enkei NT03+M same offsets, they should be lighter than the Apex but can't be sure. NT03+M and RPF1 are proven tough light wheels.

RPF1s do come in +15, like to see that fitment on the Z. The worry is up front, may poke too much even with lots of camber and lowered, the rear should be just fine plenty of room. Hope somebody has the set, tough lightweight flow form wheels.

This is 10.5” +15 in the front. Way too much poke, IMO. Proper 10.5” fitment for the front is closer to +30-35, but not sure about inner clearance. And not a lot of options in that offset range without going custom offset. I think most manufacturers assume 10.5” wheels are destined for the rear, so they don’t bother with higher offset versions. But a set of 10.5” +35 with 20mm spacers for the rear would be about perfect.

18x10.5+22 Square will fit without any clearance issues assuming the brakes will clear the spokes on that particular model of wheel. I've test fitted a set of rpf1's in 18x10.5+15mm with no issues, but did not run them yet (I won't be able to try these as I am destined for an Alcon brake kit upgrade and they won't clear the drum of the rpf1).

I've run 295/35/18 tires on all corners with no issues. Will try a 305 and possibly 315 wide next season to see how far I can push it before rubbing. I suspect 305 will be fine but 315 may need fender rolling. I would be confident to say that 285/35/18 would not rub with a +15 offset as it's effectively the same outside positioning as my 295 wide tire on a +22 offset.

I am about 0.75" lower with -3 degrees of camber all around.

Thanks, that really helps, and yep, way too much poke even with camber adjustments. Probably +25 or +30 will work.

It's amazing how much difference it makes with no camber. Mine are just tucked a bit at the top with -3 camber on +22 offset with 295 wide tires. I snapped some quick pics in the garage. Hopefully these are good enough angles to be useful to you.

Now that looks just about perfect with the camber adjustment. No rubbing outside or inside even at full lock with the 295s? And you’re lowered by how much?

About 0.75" lower front and rear. No rubbing under hard lock, or hard corners on track or autocross. So that's probably about the max deflection you can possibly have.

-3 front, -2 rear

I have seen the same wheels and 315's all around (user HotRodz on the old 370z, i dunno if he's still around)

Once you have camber adjustable arms the R/Z34 chassis can fit more or less anything

bear in mind the rear fenders are already flattened from the factory

fronts don't take too much work to roll

the real tire killer if you're low is the mounting tab for the bumper AND the attachment clips for the Nismo flares which actually reduce wheel fitment compared to a non nismo. Fake flares suck.

NIce pics, thanks! And this setup will work equally well with the fenders of the RZ34? I know the suspension design and geometry are equal to the Z34

What lowering springs and are you using camber plates? I have nismo version, not sure if it needs those.
