  1. Another Sub install and ASE/ANC post

Odd, all of that is working for me still.
  2. Another Sub install and ASE/ANC post

All stock still, just hit 5800 miles this morning.
  3. Another Sub install and ASE/ANC post

I disconnected mine last night and feel like I hear the natural car growl better. The sound comes from the rear of the car more for me.
  4. Rear hatch helper spring

I bought these in case, I haven't installed them because I haven't had an issue. I rarely open the hatchback. The removal/install is only a hand twist ... I did remove one to see how hard it would be.
  5. Since my dealer charged me 230$ to disable the ASE, I will do it myself

Exactly, clipping is how I'd describe it before turning it off.
  6. Sun Shade Recommendations

Weather Tech fits well, I have one, but don't use because I did the clear UV blocking tint on the windshield.
  7. TPMS Sensors

I thought I had this issue, but it was actually the gauge I was using that was inaccurate when filling. I bought Amazon Hazet Gauge and have had no TPMS discreapancies. The pressures match after driving ~10 minutes and everything synced back up.
  8. Hard Wire Radar Detector/Camera in about 15 minutes

I used a Blendmount that attaches about as high as you can go off the rearview mirror.
  9. Hard Wire Radar Detector/Camera in about 15 minutes

I take mine out with me. It is small enough to fit in a cargo pocket, or inside jacket.
  10. FAO Nissan: Glossy Black Interior Surfaces — Not Good

I feel your pain, I am in the desert southwest ... more than 300 days a year of clear skies.
  11. Fuel rail leakage

Seems this is happening when the Z is over 13k miles? I hit 5500 earlier this week ... I use as daily driver w/ 30 miles round trip a day. It will take me another 2 years to get there. Please keep us informed ... and agree that the posts/threads should be merged into one.
  12. Since my dealer charged me 230$ to disable the ASE, I will do it myself

Yes and had no issues, other than the GUI is ugly AF
  13. FAO Nissan: Glossy Black Interior Surfaces — Not Good

@FlagonFly another question ... after seeing the pics, did you have to remove the volume/tune knobs? If so, how to do?
  14. FAO Nissan: Glossy Black Interior Surfaces — Not Good

I have a TON of microfiber clothes that I use on the car and many new ones ready to go. I had the car ceramic coated and only need a water spray bottle and a microfiber cloth to clean the exterior in ~10-15 mins. I have barely passed 5k miles, so the interior is still dealership clean, but I...
  15. FAO Nissan: Glossy Black Interior Surfaces — Not Good

Can you show any after photos? I only really get the glare at certain times of the day, but it is highly annoying. I did order and will try to capture a before/after. I appreciate the link and any follow-up to the forum!
  16. Are the burbles fake?

I thought so, found that one after my post ... I remember posting it was way too invasive to go all the way to the chassis :) ... a pinout diagram at the subwoofer itself, rather than at the amp, would be much better. Trying to remember something about pin 16? I don't have to cut it, I have the...
  17. Are the burbles fake?

I’m trying to track down that thread again. The pinout diagram wasn’t very clear about which wire needed to be removed. If anyone has a link to the thread—or the how-to guide—I’d really appreciate it. I did disable the ASE/ANC myself, but I’m still getting what sounds like some residual noise...
