Hey folks, I realized that I never got around to posting a build thread.

I'm going to paste a bit of backstory from the new member post I had created:

"long time VR30 fan. I was heart-broken when I totaled my Q60 Red Sport. I then thought the next logical step was the R35 GT-R so I hustled my way into a deal on one and ultimately let it go after only 6 months. It was an incredible piece of machinary, just not the right vehicle for me given its general lack of DIY accessibility spanning all major systems. Finally, I'm back into the VR30 platform via the Z and I've been so dang thrilled with it."

Suffice to say I'm loving the car!

Current Mods:
- KW V3 Coilovers
- Akebono 2-piece drilled & slotted front & rear rotors w/ SS lines up front
- Nissan Clubsports19x9.5 & 19x10.5 wrapped in 265/35/19 & 305/30/19 NT555 G2s spaced @ 5mm.
- AMS Heat Exchanger
- Nismo Street Twin Disc Clutch & Flywheel
- TS Compact Dual Port BOVs
- SOHO Catback
- Tuned on EcuTek @ SOHO Motorsports
- XPEL PPF Frontal/Roof/Pilars
- XPEL XR Tint
- XPEL Wrapped Upper Side Strips

Just got pics & walk-around from Lyndsay & Lyndsay out of Evansville, IN. This is the third vehicle I've taken to them. They offer absolutely stellar service & quality.

I opted for XPEL PPF on the entire front in addition to the a-pillars, roof and mirror caps. I also had them gloss black wrap the upper silver trim pieces.

Walk-around Video:

Beautiful build! We also deleted that grey/ chrome katana first thing when we got ours.. and those Nismo wheels suit the Z perfectly:love:

Looks good.
I might black out the katanas on mine.
How do the KWs ride? I had them on a few teslas and loved them.
They are wonderful. Vastly adjustable and so compliant on road you’d swear you were in a p-car or ultra dialed in euro GT sled.

Tied a pair of Corsa Pro 5” packed resonators into my SOHO exhaust’s x-pipe. I was going to sell it for cheap and go with HKS (had their setup on my Q60 and loved it) but after seeing I had clearance on the x-pipe I decided to give it a shot. It sounds fantastic so I’m going to keep this exhaust.

I also deadened the trunk which made a huge difference, can’t wait to do the doors.

Got the tips back from powder coat, loving the gloss black as it cleans up the rear nicely. I couldn't be happier with the addition of the Corsa Pro 3" resonators. It dialed the exhaust down in volume, reduced drone quite a bit and made it a much deeper tone.

The corsa pro PKM2009 units fit nicely on the x-pipe with plenty of driveshaft & chassis clearance.

Nicely done, proper build, not overdone! Wheels and KW V3s are solid performers, plus still my #1 color :thumbsup:Plans? Keep up the build...

Thanks for the feedback! AMS intakes arrive today but after that I'm going to leave it alone from a performance standpoint until 2026-ish. At that point I'm hoping to go Z1 turbos, catted DPs & Z1's air to air intercooler conversion. Then I'll just enjoy it for AutoX/HPDEs. Sticking with pump, no desire to run any blends and I don't want it to end up strung out and potentially deal with gremlins on track.

Was able to get the dyno results, solid & smooth running 93. These tiny snails fall off pretty hard though, going to be time for some Z1 units next year.
