How do you remove the small gauge covers and the top main gauge hood? Do they just pull straight up?

Glad to see that, having a good start and fun! Prep-wise just start w basics, safety - high-temp brake fluid, brake pads, that's it - get to know that track and apexes. Use up those OEM S007s. One upgrade at a time on that Z, still mostly driver ya know. No need to throw a bunch of upgrades at once. Enjoy future track days, post up pics!!

August, Thanks for the high-temp brake suggestions, I smelled them like an old RV going downhill.

Installed to brake master cylinder brace from Z1. This thing is the patience tester 5000, the most pita mod I have done to this car so far. Install is very awkward as its a very tight area to work in with all kind of misc stuff in the way. However, it does work. There is a noticeable difference in brake pedal feed and response.

I was curious about that brake brace. Seems unnecessary for what I do in my Z but like I said, I was curious about it. Thanks for the info on this mod too.

Ok, just ordered the KUHL rear spoiler and my man Yanxing is getting shipped in a couple of days. Also, Morgan Rae from Rae motorsports is shipping my 3" Titanium CAI in Ice Blue with Zebra welds and also ordered my Mishimito Tow hook from JDM Muscle. Will post picks when installed on car - pics attached of what is coming.
