Let's hope there is no orange exterior + red interior. Oh, hell. Why not?
oh but there is

How are the dealers ordering this, though? If it cannot be done with the configurator, I just wonder how it is happening.
Someone will wad it up and it'll be parted out on LKQ in 6 monthsThat's an interesting find. Bet you this spec will be worth $$$ decades from now.
Back in February in picked up a Yellow 24 with Red seats in Arizona. Now I'll preface this by saying I searched the forum first so forgive me if this isn't really news to anyone...
But I was searching Nissan inventory a few weeks ago and noticed a weird spec that I thought wasn't possible--Ikazuchi Yellow with a Blue interior. Thought it was an error--after all, the dealer (World Car Nissan in San Antonio) only had stock photos up online--but then again, the window sticker said EXT: 2T YLW BLK ROOF / INT: BLUE so who knows...
Well, the dealer updated the photos, and sure enough it's the real deal with the 6MT/Performance.

Didn't realize this spec was possible, does anyone know if Nissan is taking special orders that go outside of what's available on the configurator?
This past weekend I spoke to the GM at my dealership. (Maybe Salesman BS) He told me, my "24" Yellow and Red spec was a manufacturing error and they made 6 or 10 if them for the US. journalists were supposed to get their hands on them. My car had 4 miles on it.How are the dealers ordering this, though? If it cannot be done with the configurator, I just wonder how it is happening.

The configurer on the Australian Nissan website allowed yellow/red spec. It allowed red on every colour. I played with it for quite a while...This past weekend I spoke to the GM at my dealership. I live nearby also, Iāve been buying Nissans from World Car since 2004 and they do get some wild color specs and combos to separate them from Gunn and Ancira. hell my previous pathfinder had a weird color combo not found on the brochure or locally. I ran into this post by accident but itās funny because I first saw this yellow/blue in May of last year at World car, I literally bought a 1/24 Tamiya model car around that time and ended up painting it orange/blue interior and Used this exact version for reference, but itās been sitting there for more than a year now.Now I'll preface this by saying I searched the forum first so forgive me if this isn't really news to anyone...

VERRRRY NICE! Your blue and my red seats, I feel is a step up on the Nismo. Anyways, went for an oil change on my pathfinder and my favorite salesman told me the z finally dropped in price and was going for 49k with all the rebates last month. Wasnāt intending on getting it yellow but hell, itās a Z and thatās all I care about, the fact the interior is blue is a bonus, those Rosewoods are too hard to find anyways!! Either way, small world lolol.
Hereās the model car I made from that yellow z, I wanted to paint yellow but I liked the heritage color.

I was a sucker for a yellow 300zx in the late 90ās, was too young to own one, but never thought I would own now in the Z, lifeās funny sometimes.VERRRRY NICE! I love bright colors but wanted Boulder Gray for the Z. I'm a "walking driving contradiction" because I hate how boring cars are on the road because of a lack of color. Nissan built more black, gray, white and silver Z's... So people spend the money to buy the car, so therefore this must be what people want lol.I waited 3 years for this car in gray and after the dealership dicked me around the color came in. GM said we not selling under 30k mark up(I only here cuz y'all said NO MARK UP for me). I brought my car off the showroom floor THAT WEEKEND from another dealership. yellow on red is what they had, GREAT!. By Feb. Of 2024 markups should have not been a thing. Sales and incentives started in MarchI was a sucker for a yellow 300zx in the late 90ās, was too young to own one, but never thought I would own now in the Z, lifeās funny sometimes.
The ā24 brochure doesnāt show those color combos either, it does feel like a step up, considering they donāt do yellowās in the 2025s! I mean do people not like them or what?
I always wondered that new car colors are boring and neutral. I myself hate bright colors but Hey, for a discount, beggars canāt be choosers imho haha
Thatās awesome! I ended up in a similar situation and when I was walking around the dealership I saw a silver and boulder grey, the catch was they were both used LOL.I love bright colors but wanted Boulder Gray for the Z.
