598 days. Paid in full today and it's an odd feeling to be physically looking at my own car finally. Swift springs arrived today too! Perfect timing for the weekend. Hang in there everyone!

Welcome to the Proto club! Make sure you do a decent drive before you install the springs so you can let me know the difference!

We just got a call yesterday and a message left for my wife.

"Please call us urgently about your Z order".

Called back, saying that Nissan had an allocation for us (Rosewood - probably high on the list, as probaby only 3 people in Aus on that list ?).

They just wanted to confirm our order and said, "should be here in two months". So essentially, it sounds like the allocations are going out once productions are confirmed for build/build dates confirmed in manufacturer plant.

Anyway - wife is excited (so am I). She just ordered an Invidia Gemini exhaust hehe.

Wow great to see cars actually being delivered to “pre ordered” customers with actual updates! On a curious note how many have been sold numbers wise/delivered?

Damn rosewood looks nice. URGH. Would be my preferred colour if I didn't like the yellow but feel the yellow I might get sick of tbh.

Can people also confirm, in the US there are like 3 different versions, what version are we actually getting in Australia? I feel like it's more the performance version with a smaller screen.

Different versions of the Yellow?

Or models?

We get the Top Spec, one model but with everything except the larger center console screen.

Yeah it seems like this:

AUUS
n/aSport
CoupePerformance
ProtoProto Spec

The AU Coupe seems most similar to the US Performance model, with the exception of the infotainment screen (AU 8-inch vs US 9-inch). The infotainment screen in the US seems to also be paired with a speaker upgrade, noise cancelation, and sound enhancement.

The AU models also get folding outside mirrors that aren't available on any trim level in the US.

In the US, going from Sport to Performance adds a bunch of stuff.
  • SynchroRev Match
  • Launch control
  • Limited slip differential
  • Akebono brakes with painted calipers
  • Bigger brake discs
  • 18 to 19-inch RAYS forged wheels
  • Spoilers (rear, chin)
  • Heated mirrors (but not folding as in AU)
  • HomeLink garage door remote
  • Manual to power seats
  • Heated seats
  • Cloth to leather seats, door panels
  • Nicer leather on the steering wheel
  • Aluminum trimmed pedals
  • 8-inch to 9-inch infotainment
  • WiFi
  • Wireless Apple Car Play
  • Bose speakers
  • Noise cancelation, sound enhancement
Not sure if the AU Coupe has all this stuff, but I would guess that it has most. From photos, it seems to have the brakes, wheels, and spoilers. The AU web site mentions the aluminum pedals. Not sure about the rest.

Yeah we get most of that apart from the centrescreen, 100% we should have the limited slip diff.

Not sure about 'nicer' leather onthe steering wheel, it's just leather, when i felt it it was a whole lot nicer than the garbage vegan one they have on the tesla.
