Lol that's not a small printer!! My biggest printer is a Bambu h2s, it's only 340x320x340 so you'd be able to print the less segmented version if you can dial your printer in for PETG. An enclosure really helps, even just a big box around it to keep the temps in.

I'm going to try to work with it again, ordered some petg wheels, wish me luck

Oh yeah lip and grille garnish are done. It's just been too cold and snowy to get the lip on for testing. The garnish is good to go but I need to create an alternate version for smaller printers and then do all the photos and instruction for the Etsy listing and I've just been too busy at work to get it into my store. Soon, very soon, like within a week or so soon.

Full spoiler and half spoiler are done, testing the front full spoiler for the next few weeks but I don't anticipate any issues, just curious how it clears driveways.

What considerations are there for automotive paint application onto 3d printed parts? Doubtful, but worth an ask- can you print a match to my color (Solid Red)?

It's ASA so it's pretty standard automotive plastic. Bond with something like JB weld plastic bonder which is meant for bumper repair. Good sanding and filler primer used for plastic, paint as usual.



I'm not offering body work because frankly I hate it and it's still freezing here for a couple more months, plus it needs a much bigger box if it ships assembled so that would affect shipping.
