The front lip is pretty standard front lip, top goes in the mouth, little bit of 3m tape as it wraps around front of bumper and then a few screws. Rear spoiler is 3m tape and screws in the factory performance spoiler holes but can just be run with 3m tape.
Front bar is a mount system that's hidden.
just circling back on this since I'm more or less finished with the 3D-Z project, had the bodyshop colour match the printed parts perfectly and installed over the weekend-
The lip and spoiler are available to download as well, the sideskirts are still in beta... :D

Almost done with my ducktail, which has a lot more rake to it than traditional ducktails. I'm trying to maintain the smooth curves / crisp edge design language from the Z so it looks more cohesive. This one's an easy print and I've speed tested it up to 100mph, there was just some light fitment...
It's ASA so it's pretty standard automotive plastic. Bond with something like JB weld plastic bonder which is meant for bumper repair. Good sanding and filler primer used for plastic, paint as usual.
I'm not offering body work because frankly I hate it and it's still freezing here for a...
ok, I'll put a kit in the queue for you. License plate frame or no license plate frame?
I'll ping you when it's printed and then we can sort out shipping and stuff.
hey gang, if anyone wants a front bar garnish kit, just let me know. I want to take care of anyone in the community first before I list pre-printed kits on etsy.
Full spoiler and half spoiler are done, testing the front full spoiler for the next few weeks but I don't anticipate any issues, just curious how it clears driveways.
Hey gang, just letting you know the front grill garnish is now available to download should you want to give it a go. Http://Jmjrdesign.etsy.com
Instructions here-
Yeah I had to figure out a lot of this stuff 5 years ago when I made my FK8 kit, now its pretty common. You'd do well to join 3D printed car parts on facebook, lots of great info there.
I would also look into a scanner like the Shining3D ones. They're great and they have entry points for...
I've had many printers over the last 11 years and I can unequivocally recommend the Bambu H2S. Especially if you're doing automotive and want high-ish temp filaments like ASA and ABS. The heated enclosed print volume makes those print care free. It's a little more sure but as they say the cheap...
Oh yeah lip and grille garnish are done. It's just been too cold and snowy to get the lip on for testing. The garnish is good to go but I need to create an alternate version for smaller printers and then do all the photos and instruction for the Etsy listing and I've just been too busy at work...
Lol that's not a small printer!! My biggest printer is a Bambu h2s, it's only 340x320x340 so you'd be able to print the less segmented version if you can dial your printer in for PETG. An enclosure really helps, even just a big box around it to keep the temps in.
yeah, speed forme in japan. $660 USD. For me in canada that's near $1000 :S
Mine is a little bit different as it has it bit more shape to it, it tapers top and bottom. I will probably make a few to sell pre-printed for those that do not want to print, and it'll be probably half that price.
