There's a whole thread on spare tires, got mine from a Q50S, drops right in and the Bose over that.

Good idea as I drive long distance road trips. Already got almost 10k miles in about 6 months (don't even need to drive to work).

Any contact between the wheel face and painted surface of the “trunk”? Wondering if it would be a good idea to fit a thin rubber mat there.

I don't feel it touching the bottom of the well when centering it to fasten the securing bolt, but don't see any harm placing a rubber mat in between.

I had some spare stick on thin foam product left over from car stereos. I covered the floor where the spare touches.

I'm too low for the standard car jack so i got myself a tire repair kit instead.

You think this will fit over the larger performance brakes?
I bought this one:

https://ez-sparewheel.com/products/...s-25076?vehicle=2024 Nissan Z (All Submodels)

And can confirm that it fits on the Nismo (which has the largest brakes of all).
I also put some sound deadening material where the tire touches, to prevent any possible contact/scuffing.

I purchased a jack and lug wrench from a crashed 370 on e-bay. It was obviously never used and looked brand new.

Thanks! Did you test fit it? The one issue I see with this is it doesn’t list the bolt pattern size and off the top of my head I can think of 4 pretty common ones (114.3 x 5 which I think is ours and probably the most common with cars, 112x5, 120x5 and 100x5).

I didn’t personally fit it to my car, but I confirmed all the specs, spoke to someone who fit it to their car, and called the seller and spoke to them, and they confirmed that it will fit. So I can’t say 100% sure, but it was enough for me to be convinced it works. The one I got is 1” bigger diameter (20”) than the wheel that most are putting on their car (non Nismo). I wanted to make sure it cleared the 15” rotors. I don’t think the smaller size would clear the 15” Nismo rotors.

Anyone else with a NISMO have issues with the top of the seats rubbing the headliner? My seat has gotten noisy/squeaky, and I thought it was the cushioning behind my upper back, but it’s the top of the seat vs the headliner. Not sure how to solve it.

Also pretty easy to reinstall the sub over it?

Mine doesn’t touch, but it is VERY close!
Based on the shape of the roof, I’m guessing that the combination of the seat position front to back, along with the recline of the back rest is what makes it hit. See if you can find a slightly different position to help, maybe move the seat, a little closer and recline the seat a little more, or vice versa. Obviously you have to find a position you’re comfortable with, but I’m sure that noise can be very annoying!
