Will the Nismo Intake need a tune?

I was offered a used version of this (I don't know the price yet), but I for sure do not want it if it requires tuning the car. I like what Nissan has done with the power plant, so if there isn't any other reason to adjust it, I won't. One thing I do want to do at some point in the future is converting the Water to Air inter-cooler system to an Air to Air inter-cooler system. Why? Because that's simpler and less likely to cause issues.

No tune needed, pure bolt-on. It's a good intake system (identical to the AMS except with different lids).

I have these. No tune needed. Only the 3" intake requires a tune.

I had the Nismo Z with Nismo intakes and track exhaust. No tune needed, and definite results on ass dyno 2.0
