I have a master cylinder brace as well. Pressing on the brake pedal causes the firewall to flex a little where the master cylinder is attached. This brace stops the flex and firms up the brake pedal. Not worth it. I took it to a performance shop, and even the shop owner said it was tough. The cost and effort is not worth the minor increase in pedal response.

at some point i drop the part into the abyss under and had such a hard time getting it to where it's supposed to go.

it was 30-45 mins of cursing but i'm all about pedal feel lol

Fixed some curb rash cause i'm an idiot. But did a good job. Color doesnt match perfect but it's not noticeable and will wear in over time. I hope.

If you're not satisfied, there are mobile repair companies that will come out and professionally fix them for $100-150/wheel. Mine got a little rash from the transport truck that I noticed after delivery so I have a guy coming out on Friday.

I am constantly thinking about this. I came from driving trucks for years so curbing wheels or rolling over a curb has never been a concern. But try that in this car and it won’t be good.

Yeah it's not a good sound or feeling. Plus the whole decision on backing back the way you came or continuing on the same path. Now I take a nice wide turn around curbs in parking lots.
