Excuse my piss poor photoshop skills as they are non existent lol.

This seemed an appropriate plate for the Customised Proto especially given the colour.

Anybody know if you need to register as a Low Speed vehicle in order to get Low Speed plates, in Virginia? Hoping it may improve my chances of getting out of the inevitable speeding ticket if I can get the officer to chuckle before they pick up the pen.
