Tomei Titanium Exhaust Cat Back ( Nismo )

Installed the Tomei Full Cat-Back Exhaust yesterday, and I’m loving the sound so far. Between 3–5k RPM it gets a nice high pitched scream, but otherwise it has a deep, aggressive tone. No issues with cabin noise either during casual driving, it’s similar to stock but just a bit louder inside. Overall, the Nismo sounds like an absolute beast now. Can’t wait to add more mods!

Yea so i did the full tomei so it's y-pipe and cat back ordered on the z1 website.

I really like that exhaust tone on throttle just apprehensive that it’s too loud at cruising or startup. Sure sounds good though. I’m leaning towards HKS and borla touring versions. Maybe ARMYTRIX but that set up is pricey asf.

Both would be a good option, and yes it sounds amazing on throttle it is louder now then what it was in those clips.

Since you mentioned it being louder now... have you experienced any drone at highway speeds, etc.? Would you put this exhaust in the "how the car should've come from the factory" category or is it louder/edgier than that?

(I'm also in the "which exhaust to get" stage...)

At low RPMs during casual driving, it sounds almost stock, just a bit louder. But when you push it, the cabin noise picks up in a good way. I’ve even had people tell me it sounds like a GTR, both inside and out.

i love my armytrix exhaust with the valve control, especially cops pull us over for high Dbs

Yea, I am lucky and cops don't bother you for exhaust noise.

I paid somebody to do it because I don't have a lift but it is hard because how big the exhaust is.
