I feel like BOSE was a home audio company that got popular for niche home audio, got big, and started selling their name to car manufacturers. Then they turned to headphones. Other than "BOSE Quiet Comfort Headphones" which I only know about because I still watch Matlock all the time, I don't know what BOSE is really into or where they stand in the marketplace.
The speakers in my last 350Z were BOSE and they looked exactly like $19.99 Auto Zone paper cone speakers. Idk. I'll shut up. I don't want to hijack/turn this into an anti-BOSE thread.

For me. I bought the Sport cus I couldnt justify the $10k difference for heated electric seats and BLOSE sound system. There are more differences than that, but those are the items that stood out that outweigh my decision.

@FSUZ33 funny you mentioned BOSE Quiet Comfort earbuds. I just picked those up to talk on the phone. I like the ANC and multi device connection feature. Makes transferring the earbuds from device to device without the issue of disconnecting from one to connect to another. It also connects to 2 devices at the same time. Whichever device you use, it will put the other device on standby. So if Im on a Teams meeting on my laptop, and my phone rings, it wont drop my Teams meeting. After the meeting, I can call the person back and it will auto connect to my phone.

I couldnt tell you how the SQ is for music in the earbuds, since I dont use them for that. Never did like using headsets or earbuds growing up.

I use to have a set of Jabra Elite earbuds that had ANC and multi device connection. Mine started going out. When I went to replace them, found out they have stopped making consumer earbuds. They shifted their marketing to the corporate world with headsets 😄

This is probably my only time I will own BOSE branded stuff.

I got some mid-level Sony noise canceling buds for the office and I had to stop using them. Never knew when sound would start coming through my docked/closed laptop, the earbuds or not at all. I have an actual desk phone, but it’s technically through an app on my laptop, CX3, or something like that. Most people call/answer through their computer, but I’m old, so…
Using the earbuds over the phone created like a 3 second delay and it was horrible. Maybe BOSE’s sweet spot is high tech earbuds/headphones, because it isn’t car audio.

Switched to some Logitech over the ears and they work grea, but I can’t pair my phone with them or things go haywire.

Maybe that’s a Chad issue, not a technology issue.

It is nice after a Teams when I forget and leave the headphones on, someone comes into my office I don’t want to talk to, and I can point at the headphones and do the fake ā€œSorry, busy on a callā€ thing. Easier to do with headphones vs earbuds.

Similar here. I've been more than happy with my red Sport. Comfortable cruiser for driving around suburbia and brings a smile to my face every time I push down on the pedal, especially with the NISMO street exhaust. The stock brakes have been fine for me. It looks great and still seems to be more scarce than a Ferrari in my area.
