So the specs as of last year were redline at 6800 rpm, not 7000 - I wonder if the display is being 'generous'.
Also per last year's specs, 2nd is 2.325:1 and FDR is 3.538, so 2nd calculates to 63.3 mph on 783 rev/mi 275/35R19's (and 63.6 mph on 780 rev/mi 245/45R18's).
An actual 7000rpm would calc to 65.2 on the 275's.
hmmm.....

You are correct, but damn is that oil cooler small. Would be fine on an NA car, but def not on a twin turbo'd car.

Be happy they've included it. The 370 as you can see didn't have it, and from my experience it needed it, especially during warmer months.

Aftermarket should hit both the Engine Oil Cooler & Intercooler to keep the car enjoyable and stable year 'round.

Well, I did it. It was painful, but I did it. It had to be done for science. I rewatched this asshole's video, but without sound of course, and his temps seem to be a little lower than this C&D post. Coolant temp still a little high for my liking, even in the desert. Reviewing the engine diagram, the radiator, while plenty wide and tall, is too thin. Man, the aftermarket is going to have a field day with this car.

For my purposes, upgraded HE, oil cooler, radiator and intercoolers are going to be a must.

One more thing: the problem with the stock design, in my view, is that all of the cooling units are stacked behind one another. Having an oil cooler and trans cooler behind an additional vent on either side of the main opening would have been the smarter way to go.

Quoting myself here just to follow up - looks like the 'tach' isn't lying and math works :)

" For the autocrossers out there eagerly awaiting, the manual gives 65.2 mph at the top of second gear as determined by a GPS app on my phone."

I'm guessing the 63.x in the subject video is lag in the mph display vs actual speed.
