Couple questions about no lift shift

So I've got some km on it now and I'm about done being nice in the break in period.

How does the no lift shift work? Is it always engaged or do I have to be in sport like launch control?

I just don't want to bounce it off the Rev limiter yet, technically still in break in. And I've never had a car with this feature.

And impressions and/or tips for people that have tried it out would be great.

So should everyone else with any car. Especially a car that no one else has.
Is it me or people rather make threads asking questions and wait instead of looking it up themselves?
