Repair a scrape on Ray wheel...insights?

2024 Performance Z, front wheel

I scarfed by left front wheel on a curb at the Starbucks drive-through. Pisses me off.

I'll sand it down and repair, but need to know if Nissan has a touch-up paint for their wheels, or any other tips that might be useful...

(I am quasi-addicted to their caramel ribbon crunch frappacino, however. Don't judge me).

a color code for wheel doesnt exist there is a thread on here somewhere about finding something close. honestly touch up is more for like a rock chip... there are mobile companies who do like an air brush touch up and some of those guys are miracle workers even by my OCD standards. I would go that route with a curb scuff. for a chip yeah I would touch it up myself

I believe scratches are covered under the wheel and tire warranty.

My partner did the same thing... but on street parking. Im living with it now but I'd love to get it fixed!

Reportedly, the closest match is NISLG45, so I ordered some and will see if it works. There are a couple of places around here that specialize in wheel refinishing but I'm going to try the home repair while on the car and see if it's "good enough". I will check with the dealer and see if there's any warranty recourse, but I'd be pretty surprised.

Did this to my wheel as well. Took some 100 grit sandpaper and carefully sanded off rough edges. Then got as close to a match with black primer/paint spray can. Sprayed the paint into the cap and used a model airplane brush to touch it up. Looked for it to show a friend the other day and couldn’t find it, so close enough for now until I get one I can’t do and will have the whole wheel done.
