Rattle

I now have a rattle on the driver's side. It appears to be in the door. Anyone else experience this?

Yea. I’ve got a pop/rattle coming from my hatch over bumps, from my door listening to bass, from the piece above my steering wheel from bumps, and inside my steering wheel from exhaust drone.

Yes I got the same thing. It comes and goes.
Some people here say it's where the trim around the dash display meets the display right in front of the screen but mine definitely seems more in the door.



Haven't had a chance to chase it down.

Anyone have buzzing/vibration in the trunk area when you turn on the car or hard accelerate?

I’ve got it coming from the left hand side which is where my passenger sits, but behind. Kind of where the suspension is in the trunk area…

I had the Aus/JDM right hand drive Z, so perhaps it’s like yours, driver side hah

Over pot holes or uneven surfaces or even the reflectors on the road changing lanes

Yes, I have a buzzing and a rattle coming from both doors at certain speeds. I will remove the door cards one of these days and find out what is rattling. A couple pieces that I found rattling are :

A loose piece of plastic that rattles is the little cover for the bolt that holds the door card in place. Located behind the handle you grab to close the door.

The plastic piece on the door frame as you step in. It says Z on it. Tap it with your fingers and it will rattle like crazy. I still need to pop this one off and put some sticky tape or something under it.

Those are the 2 major ones I have seen. When I finally take my doors apart, I will post some photos of what I find.

I have rear left somewhere. Thought it was the covers on the brace but popped them and put felt tape around. Still there. And the top hat of the gauge cluster is terrible
