P0240 and P0101 Stillen 2024 Performance Z

Hello all! I got these to codes. The 0101 was in my scanner once, the o240 code was there 3 times and it says, “permanent.” The only thing it has is a Stillen TruControl. 8k on the odometer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! ​

Ps: This is in reference to a solid yellow check engine light. The Stillen tuner has only been on there for less than 1,000 miles. I bought this car used with 6,000 miles in June 2026.

Which map are you running? Looks like an overboost situation. It could also be a boost leak. Does it have any other mods? I wonder if it was perhaps previously modified before getting put back to stock? Any automotive shop can smoke test the intake system, but you may just want to start by checking all hose clamps on the both sides of the intercoolers.

P0240 is a boost sensor code.

P0101 is a MAF sensor circuit malfunction. I wonder if you put the TruControl on the correct connectors? Or there’s a boost leak somewhere

P0420 is a cat code so I wonder if this car has some aftermarket downpipe.

I think this is it, I bet he flipped the connectors for the TruControl.

Hmm I’ll look again. I am partially special! Running the middle map mostly. 1 light. I tried map 7 a few days ago for about 20 minutes.

Took pictures. I think I caught down pipe in one. 2/B purple is on drivers side. I pulled a code not long after installing in June. Replugged everything in with battery disconnected. My road dog Flurry said, “Sup.”

He has P0240, not P0420, which is what led me to overboost and/or boost leak.

OP - Did this trigger right after you ran map 7? Any full throttle pulls while running it?

It had been driven a couple of times since. Yea I tried it out full throttle but not from a dig. My wife was driving when this happened I wasn’t there… But the tuner was/is set on yellow, 4. The only thing on carfax was a minor sideswipe. I looked up the date reported and it was snowing in Tennessee that week. I’m going to take that tuner off in a minute and drive around

Unplugged battery and it went away. I can’t get it unplugged (I gots the MS lol) so I’ll wait for my son. The seat heater was on high. She said no issues. She’s in her 40s and hasn’t had a ticket or wrecked since she was 16. Im gonna drive some.
