OWC Harness

Anyone else waiting for the OWC harness to be made? I ordered mine on 2/8/26. Getting a little grumpy now.

Mine took a couple of months.... I got an Email from them at the end of may that they were going through a major family Crisis. here is what it said:

as many of you know, OWC Upgrades is a small family business.

I deeply apologize for any delays you may have experienced. We are going through a major family crisis, which has unfortunately slowed things way down, and we're still on the road to recovery. So, just please be aware of that. I really do appreciate your patience, understanding, & support during this extremely challenging time.



Minus these unfortunate circumstances, rest assured in knowing that everything else with OWC's product & service remains absolutely top-notch quality. That being said, if you placed an order and have been patiently waiting significantly longer than the estimated lead time(s), feel free to contact me and I'll do what I can to help make things right.

Good luck, it's been five months since I ordered and still don't have mine. I reached out several times with no reply. I filed a dispute through PayPal and they waited up until the last few hours of the deadline then provided a tracking number. Tracking currently shows the item is still in Georgia with no updates for over 10 days now. I'm sure I'll get no help from the seller since they couldn't even be bothered with sending a status update when inquired. Garbage customer service.

I hope you finally get it. I may dispute my purchase also, since I emailed and called again with no response. They have had my money the whole time. Maybe we need to start our own business making them. Definitely a demand for them.
