I'm pretty sure the Borla Atak is the same exhaust as the nismo track exhaust

I have the valvetronic exhaust on my GLC and love it. can't complain about the sound or quality in terms of valved exhausts, I really like the armytrix sound, but it's $$$$. Valvetronic seems to have a pretty solid pricepoint for what you get.

Get a performance MT, add coilovers to get the right suspension feel, and you're good to go IMO

well, I ordered it. I went FRP since I plan on painting it. I think I'll paint match it to the black on the roof. The whole car is wrapped in a satin PPF. should look pretty good. now the 3+ Month wait for it to show up!

Doesn't look like anyone has really answered your question. First, you don't need to change the head unit to get better audio. You need better speakers, and possibly a sub/amp. Second, the rear fill speakers are absolutely terrible, and there isn't a good way to make them sound better...

yea, looks like that'll be the case. I saw someone was able to get the mishimoto intercoolers in with the nismo cover, so i figured it was worth asking about the Z1 with AMS considering that it looks like the Z1 may have extra space.
