The wheel design you referring to is conceptually a five-star/spoke wheel with the V-split at each spokes. The v-split makes the five-spoke looks luxurious bc of the intricacies. Nissan and Infiniti have bunch of these designs, and probably not something to brag about on the Ford GT ... lol

Breaks up the front grill too, which I know a lot of people fussed about

Those wheels are very Ford GT/Mustang, yeah

Hi all. Seems to be a bit of a minor misunderstanding going on. The orange car is a one-off prototype created for this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon, as a nod to the Z’s heritage. It starts with the Fairlady Z model as a base, and introduces exterior concept accessory parts to show the versatility of the Z and ability for future owners to make it their own. Again, the Fairlady Z customized proto is exclusively a study vehicle equipped with concept accessory parts to gauge customer and fan interest for potential future accessory offerings. The orange color is custom as well.

The Proto Spec model that is offered in 240 units in Japan (same # that will be offered here) is the yellow car, with yellow-trimmed interior and yellow brake calipers. Substantively similar car that will be offered in the U.S. marketplace.

Apologies for this misunderstanding.
In that case I'll take the body colored katana instead of silver, the wheels, and the carbon fiber.

Okay so at 14:20 you can see how the automatic shifter works. It just slides down to select P/R/N/D. Is this completely new or do they have this type of shifter in their other new vehicles?
Drove a 2021 Rogue recently, similar setup. It’s pretty nice once you get the hang of it. Paddle shifters felt rather crisp, too, which was a pleasant surprise.
