Even the Q50 comes with a cinnamon like tint, easier on the eyes than orange.

I think the idea is that a luxury car to be more "classy" or muted and a sports car to be more "exciting" or vibrant.

This is exactly what I've been hoping for - even if we don't get something like a British racing green exterior, tan/cinnamon/persimmon interior would add another wonderful dimension to this car. Could see it pairing really well with just about all of the colors - white, rosewood, blue, the grays, black, etc.

Best Feature:

For me, up to date tech and TT engine with water-cooled intercoolers.

Missing: paint combo and glass headlights.

Real glass headlights/covers, that’s a valid good one!

Funny enough Nissan offered it on the 370Z early on but discontinued it at some point. I'd love to get this interior on the new Z as well.

That's actually orange not tan. And I believe they also had a white, and red interiors from factory as well. Red came with the 40th anniversary editions.

EDIT: Found some pics here

This is a great thread !

For me :

Objective : love Nissan for offering a six speed manual transmission when others are chasing the bottom line and going just auto

Subjective : love the minimalist look. Clean lines , no fake vents and ridges and bumbs all over the place. Just simple, clean, elegant design.

Dislike: the fact that it will be almost impossible to get a new Z for at least 2 years. Demand for cars is at an all time high and all the chip shortages already means supply will remain behind . Add to that dealer markups, no pre-order to get the exact color and specs you want, etc etc and it's very very unlikely I'll be able to get my ideal performance trim in blue / blue, at least for years anyways.

By that time the Nismo might be in the mix, more hype and very likely more price hikes. Nissan has to somehow curb dealer markups.

Lots of great thoughts here.
For me: love the sleek elegant styling inside and out.

wish there were ventilated seats.
