I've spotted 7 new Z's in the wild, not counting Car Meets, Shows, or Events. Spottings were in California and Tennessee:

1) October 16, 2022 @ 9:21 PM. Heading back from an event - Velocity Invitational. This was Z Car Garage's press car.

2) May 19, 2023 @ Nissan North America HQ in Franklin, TN. Press car or employee car, unsure.

3) October 27, 2023 in Escondido, CA - aftermarket exhaust evident

4) June or July 2024, not pictured, a Gun Metallic Performance that flew by in the fast lane on a Bay Area highway. I was driving my Z for this one.

5) July 20, 2024 just north of the Grapevine on Highway 5 in Southern, CA.

6) September 16, 2024 @ a local Costco. The dealership I bought my car from had one displayed - later sold. Blue over Graphite Performance - 6 Speed

7) September 24, 2024. This was a used 2023 Ikazuchi Yellow that my dealership had available for sale since May when I bought my car. It sold, most likely to that test driver, in September 2024.

Love the documentation. Keep it coming

There'd be more Z's on the road if Nissan made more Sport trims available.

Hard to justify $65k +10% taxes for a Performance after just buying a new truck (my circumstances)

I'd be way more likely to bite on a $42k Sport, especially knowing it's not detuned.

My other option is to buy a slightly used Z, but with so few sold they may always be "too expensive".

There's several Performance Z's for sale in my area. Not one Sport.....

True story I actually saw my 2nd Z ever in the wild last week while at an appointment. It was a white sport model believe it or not. I was joking to my friend about how rare that car was lol. I left a note on their windshield telling them to add me on Insta and to join here. Hopefully they do.

Test drove another Perf manual today, the Z is still too loud boomy inside IMO, that's expected I guess. Exhaust note is ok on throttle but quiet enough on cruise. Steering is nicely weighted but handling is soft. Strong pull, that's a plus!

This must have been with ASE enabled. It's a different car when you turn that off. It sounds much more natural. I wish TF Nissan would enable end-user control of ASE.

Thanks, so it's possible to leave ANC on and ASE off? Dealer service I'd take it still.

OMG! OMG! OMG! I finally saw another Z in the wild. It was a Gun Metallic west bound on Sorrento Valley Blvd around 8:55am.

Of course you never see the car you're driving, but the Z looks quite nice rolling down the road. First time I've seen that live.
