Nissan Z Nismo Tail Lights Differential

Hello, just like the title anyone know why theres a differential in the inner lights on both tail lights? the left one is the original one and i replaced the right one purchased as new nismo tail lights? Help!

Unless something has changed; the red marker tails belong to standard performance/sport Z's. The blackout tails are exclusive to the Nismo's. It looks like you purchased a standard (Non-Nismo) tail light for the right side.

I never knew the tail lights differred by trim
