Heads up, I'm late to the game. With that said, can anyone spin me up on what the deal is with the Nismo coolant expansion tank ( 21710-RZCET)?

Specifically I see some Nissan dealers/websites offering it, and some listing it as discontinued/cancelled/late availability.
