2024 Z Performance MT
Hey Y'all,
I'm sad to say that I traded in my white, 2024 Performance MT about six weeks ago. I loved that car, but we needed another SUV to fit our changing needs. If I had a third garage bay I would have kept it. At 72 years old, I felt like I was driving my youth away as I took my final drive in my fifth Z. Sniff sniff. If anyone is looking for a like new Z in the Athens, GA area, I think this car can be purchased at really good price. I'm not trying to help the dealer, I'm just trying to help a perspective Z owner. I wish I could have found a deal like this when I was looking. Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is still showing the car as available at $42,900. It has new Continental tires (changed to reduce road noise) and I added a spare tire, jack etc. and Z wheel caps. The car is in perfect shape. I babied it and the first oil change was at 3,000 miles. The current mileage is 8,656. My only complaint about the car is that when the car is cold, 2nd gear is a little notchy. After it warms up, the car shifts great. I would think you could get a much better deal than $42,900 as it's been sitting for six weeks or so. It is a super nice car. Best wishes to you all. Enjoyed the forum and the Z. God Bless

Looks like the dealer has sold my Z. It's no longer on their website. I'm still sad about it. Guess I always will be. Seems like I just bought my '76 280Z. See attachment. To all you younger guys, please enjoy the ride to the fullest, as time does truly fly bye. Enjoy all those Z's y'all. What a fantastic and fun car! Best wishes. Jimbo

That was big money back in 76. A VW super Beetle. You are truly a car guy.
