Not sure about the front. From certain angles it looks pretty good, but others it looks kinda soft.
Also not a fan of that color. Would love to see it in a Red, White, or Black.

Here it looks pretty damn good.

Disappointing if true, but the silver lining would be a majority of J29 owners will be able to drive one. :p
Reminded me of this quote I read on a BMW forum the other day...

Maybe that is why BMW shoved the ZF8 in everything, so the drivers who don't know how to drive can pretend they know how to drive.
The discussion was actually about BMW moving on from DCT to ZF8. I didn't want to start a war so I just let it go, but as someone who's driven manuals their whole life implying that DCT is for people who know how to drive had me on the floor.

A number of people on facebook are saying this is mostly an appearance + wheels and suspension package upgrade 🤷‍♂️

I got no inside insight on that. ive just always assumed it will get a mild power bump since you can turn up the boost easily on the car and NISMO already has a sports resetting ECU for it in Japan. seems like a given no brainer to massage the power a bit just for marketing reasons.

the NISMO 350Z didnt have a power bump over the standard Z and the 370 NISMO had what like 18hp? I would be shocked if there was no power bump at all. but now im paranoid thinking thats why the engine bay doesnt have a NISMO engine cover and what seems to be the OEM performance exhaust.

Its a nismo thing for the Z. First used on the NISMO 380RS and then recently on the NISMO Sports Resetting demo car.

That is literally what the Nismo variant has always been for Zs. 🤣

Although at least this one has bigger 6 piston brakes.
