So I am a Fool as so is everyone else on this site, for not going to Nissan, for an oil change?? or going to a mechanic for anything on a nissan Z??????

WHAT a fanboy! "Nissan GOT DA best mechanics in da world!!!!!! LOL"
Nice way trying to shift the conversation by saying something nobody said. We all know mechanics can be hit or miss no matter where you go. Folks also understand that the vast majority of mechanics at dealership have some type of specific training on the brand and utilize OEM parts and fluids. Also if they make a mistake you have proof they did it. So to recap you took your car that you seem pretty particular about how it maintained to Bubba’s shop. Then was surprised that they used non OEM (not wrong) coolant to top it off. More importantly came to this forum to complain about a decision you made most likely just to save a few bucks and then seem to get upset when members pointed it out.

I’ll tell the tale of the only time anyone has worked on one of my vehicles besides me in the past 25 years:

The 2023 Sentra I bought new for my daughter came with 2 years complimentary oil changes at the Nissan dealership. I love this dealership. Chill, respectful, I’ve bought 3 new Nissans there in 3 years. I was like what the heck, I’ll give them a shot. 4 oil changes in 2 years. So after the 2 years I went to do an oil change. What I found:

The Sentra has a huge undercover, once piece from front to past the rear of the transmission. There are 30 clips and screws that hold it on and no service panel, so you have to remove the whole thing for an oil change . All but 8 of the clips and screws were gone. Yes, the dealer shop (huge, clean, organized modern shop) lost or just did not care to re attach 22 out of 30 attachment points. Happily, the oil drain plug was in good shape and shockingly the filter was not torqued to 500 lbs.

No one will ever care for your vehicle like you will, if you care about it.

My Z came with 3 years complimentary oil changes, but yeah that’s not happening.

Took my car for an oil change to a "decent" local mechanic, paid $70 brought the car home and something told me to check, so I popped the hood... Coolant was leaking from both overflow openings. The clown ( for no reason) took it upon himself to top fill with the shops blue universal cheap stuff. I was lucky to catch it, and if I may add A small PSA right here. There is a reason why these guys are mechanics, I dont understand why people trust mechanics so much I have so many horror stories unfortunately, and for the love of god if 1 thing! DO NOT leave your car ever, they will test drive your baby like its a rental. ALWAYS STAY WITH YOUR CAR< ESPECIALLY IF THEY ASK YOU TO LEAVE IT!!!!! THIS GOES DOUBLE FOR ANY DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Can I use steel ramps with this car? Id like to just do my own oil changes from now on, with quality motor oil.

Do i have to take my car to Nissan for a coolant flush now?how much $ for the job?
"Lifetime" is really just an average of how long they expect you to keep the car. It's a way to advertise a low cost of ownership. Actual factory interval is 105k, so "lifetime" for most buyers. Blue coolant will last to 105k, I wouldn't worry about having it changed out. Or just wait until 60-75k if it really bothers you.

No such thing as lifetime anything in a car.
