Because the Heritage Edition cars were built at the Tochigi plant in Japan and shipped in distinct production batches, your final digits directly correlate to its order on the assembly line relative to other Heritage models.

To get an official, physical confirmation of your chassis number, you can register your vehicle through the Z Car Club Association (ZCCA).

Nissan coordinates directly with the ZCCA by providing official production and allocation data maps. By validating your VIN through them, you can purchase an official ZCCA Heritage series-plate and a Certificate of Authenticity that explicitly states your exact build number (e.g., #76 of 500).

I got the plate for our '24 HE from ZCCA. Had to wait a few weeks for them to build up enough orders for a production batch. The plate arrived w/ some nice extras.

They sent us 550 for '24 HE according to my sources (to align w/ 55th Anniversary of Z). I think this may be addressed on another thread, too. Here's a photo of the plate:

Yes. There was also a similar version in '24 for Japan called a ‘Customized Edition’ to commemorate the Z432 Fairlady Z. I’d like to think they made 432 of those, but don’t know for sure. They apparently got a bit nicer interior trim, not unusual for JDM:

The '26 HE is a very classy looking car. The Midnight Purple is gorgeous (pics don't do it justice), and the gold Rays wheels and decals really compliment it. "Totally 90's" done right!

The S30 style front end on the '24 HE was a huge selling point, especially w/ the other 70's cues (orange paint, black 8 spoke wheels). The 'plan' for a GR86 or ND2 Miata went out the door the minute we saw it...

I have to agree! I was NOT in the market for a new car, didn't even realize Nissan had a new Z having never seen one. I happened upon a pic of the '26 Heritage in January, in a month I had an SUV and motorcycle sold, with two new Nissans lol. Starting to miss by bike though

That’s funny you say that because I wasn’t looking to order a Z that year but I saw the color on the corporate website and wanted to eventually replace my 350. I didn’t want black again. The Mid/purple was a nice change plus I read more about it being a Heritage and you are correct on how the gold graphics and wheels is just a perfect contrast. The pictures of it does not do it justice. The color looks black with some metal flake in it under an overcast sky. Glad I order this package for sure. My 350 was an 05 with super low miles but this year Z checks all the boxes for me.

This seems to be for the 2024 HE. Can they do the same for the 2026 HE?
