Nicely done. This is what it is all about, isn't it (and just maybe track days too ;))? The more you can take the US & State Highways (like 101), the better. Fewer 'phone drones', truck traffic and more scenic views. I just watched 'Cars' again last night to remind myself of that.
Nissan Vehicle Operations are probably the only folks w/ an accurate answer. If only 240 made given what % manuals are built at now overall, I would say simply 'not many'. Likely a higher % on Heritage than general Z production, but even that would be only dozens.
The '26 HE is a very classy looking car. The Midnight Purple is gorgeous (pics don't do it justice), and the gold Rays wheels and decals really compliment it. "Totally 90's" done right!
The S30 style front end on the '24 HE was a huge selling point, especially w/ the other 70's cues (orange...
Yes. There was also a similar version in '24 for Japan called a āCustomized Editionā to commemorate the Z432 Fairlady Z. Iād like to think they made 432 of those, but donāt know for sure. They apparently got a bit nicer interior trim, not unusual for JDM...
They sent us 550 for '24 HE according to my sources (to align w/ 55th Anniversary of Z). I think this may be addressed on another thread, too. Here's a photo of the plate:
I got the plate for our '24 HE from ZCCA. Had to wait a few weeks for them to build up enough orders for a production batch. The plate arrived w/ some nice extras.
I haven't seen a listing for the '26 HE plates yet, but watch here or contact them w/ inquiry for ETA: https://zcca.square.site/s/shop
We did the sunscreen from Motorsport Auto. Made by Covercraft, folds instead of rolls. Hardboard base so pretty sturdy. Not as cheap as some, but fits well.
I'm interested in the clear ceramic tint too but havenāt gotten there yet.

Please join us at the DFW Car and Toy Museum on July 5th to celebrate Japanese cars and culture.
Visit the museum and bring your Japanese car to showoff during the car show in our parking...
Dealers can't do much on the OEM tires, but you can contact Dunlop directly and send pics if you are concerned. Better safe than sorry- worth asking the Mfr. Contact info should be in your manual packet and online.
They don't look too bad to me, but I don't live in a cold climate, so I could be...
Perf AT doesnāt have it, either. Diff oil temp replaces oil pressure gauge. Ask me how I know ⦠:sadface: The data is there, would love to get to it w/o installing a mechanical gauge.
The '240-Z style Front Fascia' factory option on the '26 may help smooth the transition some. Suppose it depends on how many folks are willing to pay $1,199 extra to get it, and how many dealers order it.
Iāve had it happen. Same scenario- turn from a dead start w/ what seems like light throttle to me w/ warm ambient temps and tires. The LSD and traction control catch it pretty quick with steady steering and easing off the throttle just a tad. Short shifting to 2nd in manual mode (auto) right...
Gorgeous!! I wish I had three thumbs:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: :crackup:Well done!
That said, either of the other colors would look very nice, too. Guess it depends on how much contrast you want...
Mine were loose when we got the car... the detailer for the dealer probably didn't get them snapped back in firmly. My son noticed it, so we popped them in all the way, and they've stayed in place since.
