I’ve done a couple shows and have one coking up in October….you would throw up if I told you how much eating while bulking….it’s gross….lol

To stay healthy I eat:
  1. Fruits and vegetables: They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
  2. Whole grains: These are a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Examples include brown rice, quinoa, and whole wheat bread.
  3. Lean protein: This includes foods such as poultry, fish, tofu, and legumes. They are important for building and repairing muscles.
  4. Healthy fats: These include sources such as nuts, seeds, avocados, and fatty fish like salmon. They can help keep your heart healthy and reduce inflammation.
  5. Water: Staying hydrated is important for overall health.
Moreover I do sport, I like climbing, and cycling and my new hobby is ping pong, it would seem that this is not really a sport, but it is excellent cardio. I even purchased a new table https://pingpongacademy.org/best-ping-pong-tables/ the first one, Killerspin. I plan to go swimming again.
