Just curious, what brand of fuel are you guys using?

I was a diehard shell customer when I was in Canada. However I feel the quality of shell gas is not the same, so I've been using BP
Bp98 in all my cars for years. If deperate and none near by revert to ampol

I've had issues with shell in past so I actively avoid them.

surprisingly, i think the Z is doing well here, i've seen a bunch of them in one day of driving in melbourne (My Black Z, Blue, yellow and white nismo in less then 100m radius in CBD). Plus the dealership near me only gets them on order. Ferntree gully had a bunch before, not sure about them now

850 in a year and they’re still rare to see on the roads? I’m gonna keep saying “there’s only two hundred or so in Australia, one of the rarest cars around” ???

Nissan Z, the true exotic car.

I've seen a grand total of about 3 new Z's on the roads around me in SEQ since release. I see more 911s, R8s and Huracans than Z's. About the only sportscar that is rarer is the Emira... I have yet to see a single one in the wild.

Makes it all the more special when I do sight a new Z. There's something to be said for exclusivity.

Hey, we've for a fairly large group of Z owners in Qld. We get out and about occasionally. Do you have one?

I have a 370Z. For the last couple of years I've been resisting the urge to upgrade to a new Z or Supra. If I'm honest I don't need the extra power and tech, but it sure would be nice to have. 🤔

I’ve got the new JDM plate.

White on Black or Green on White or Black on White options.

JDM sized and really good font, pretty matching with the originals.

And yet in the first few weeks of ownership, I came out of Bunnings to find an Emira parked next to me. We had a good chat, compared busted windscreens and carried on with our day. Both are a rare site indeed.

Had a 20k service last week, only 8k, on the clock, my hardwired dash cam recorded the whole service. When I reviewed it and compared it to what was listed on the invoice I was a bit shocked. The camera had a clear view of the engine bay, it would appear a lot of the check, inspect or replace were not done.
Service manager was very surprised and apologetic, guess he had no comeback as I offered to let him see all the footage.
Offered to re do the service and have the next couple for free

that's crazy.
curious if anyone's gonna get fired over this. i would definitely have them do it again...

i'm not one to leave bad reviews for a business, but this could be a critical mechanical or even life or death situation depending on what they were working on.

This is, unfortunately, more common than we would like. Lazy/busy service techs who skip items and cut corners. Especially when they compare the odometer to the service schedule and assume that because the car hasn't done the logbook kms yet, it won't matter if they skip things.

It's complete BS, if you pay for a service you should get every single item inspected/replaced as per the logbook.
