This is how i got my 23 Proto, which was a cancelled order and then became a demonstrator. It had 34km on it when I test drove and 50km once I'd committed to buying it.... Then I knocked them down a lot on price, despite them trying to make out like it s special and sort after. Clearly, considering it had sat there for 6 months with 2 small test drives before mine. ?
I believe this.

My dealer has a demo that they only let people with an existing deposit test drive (which turned out to be 2 people) so sitting there since feb 23 unregistered and as regional cannot move on.

Northlakes is not regional.... I was very surprised when i walked in for a test drive (my intention was to test drive then go buy second hand) to see the Proto sitting there.

Call your dealer and get them to sort it out. You shouldn't have to fix it yourself.
I have a boot rattle that I need fixed myself

I tried but got this message when i clicked next.

There are cheaper options for the bracket, like theplatebracket.com.au

Heads up to Nismo owners with the flow bracket you could potential expose some minor pressure marks caused by the gigantic factory plate holder, might be caused by being on too tight. I have some on the nose and the black "bumper" trim. Bracket is great and makes justice to the Nismo front end.

Just curious, what brand of fuel are you guys using?

I was a diehard shell customer when I was in Canada. However I feel the quality of shell gas is not the same, so I've been using BP

Bp98 in all my cars for years. If deperate and none near by revert to ampol

I've had issues with shell in past so I actively avoid them.

surprisingly, i think the Z is doing well here, i've seen a bunch of them in one day of driving in melbourne (My Black Z, Blue, yellow and white nismo in less then 100m radius in CBD). Plus the dealership near me only gets them on order. Ferntree gully had a bunch before, not sure about them now

850 in a year and they’re still rare to see on the roads? I’m gonna keep saying “there’s only two hundred or so in Australia, one of the rarest cars around” ???

Nissan Z, the true exotic car.

I've seen a grand total of about 3 new Z's on the roads around me in SEQ since release. I see more 911s, R8s and Huracans than Z's. About the only sportscar that is rarer is the Emira... I have yet to see a single one in the wild.

Makes it all the more special when I do sight a new Z. There's something to be said for exclusivity.
