Not really, I would've thought ships just go back and forth generally on the same routes.
Car companies would just send their cars off on which ever ship was going that way at that time and could accommodate the numbers.

But this IS the ship that delivered some Nissan vehicles to California with a final destination of Nissan HQ in Tennessee. Most of the press cars I saw had TN rego.

No updates from my dealer but looks like I’m on the wait list until the next shipment comes which could be next year, maybe mid next year ?
I pulled my deposit, it’s just not worth the wait for me. Ordered last November with the promise of June, then July, then August and now maybe another 12 months wait.

Was told that only 50 protos have been made/released out of Japan so aus is expected to get less than 20 this first run. Guy that ordered through my dealer start of April last year has signed his paperwork but nothing for me and I’m second on their list. I’ve been told if one becomes available because someone else cancels that they will call me. Apparently Nissan australia has a list of all orders aus wide so they are just going through the list on order/deposit date
