From your work in a paint shop, what's your thoughts on ceramic coatings & wraps for a car that won't be daily driven--is there any point getting it done, or is a regular wash & polish enough?

Ceramic coatings do a great job of protecting your paint and making it easier to clean. It is probably overkill for a non daily thats garaged, a good old fashioned 2 bucket wash and polish would do the job, but the coatings aren't just snake oil, they do a good job of retaining gloss and protecting your paint. My car isnt a daily, i don't use the ceramic coat, i enjoy washing and maintaining the car with a good polish myself

Yeah, its a bitter pill to swallow seeing that infotainment screen for the first time. The only kind of footage getting around until now has been the larger (read: normal) size screen and I've just gotten used to seeing it that size. Watching stuff like Raiti's Rides reviewing it certainly hasn't helped.

Can someone tell me again why we have the smaller screen? We are the only country getting the smaller display, aren't we?

I thought the performance model was the only one that gets the larger screen, isn't Aus getting just the Performance model (including Photo)

No large screen for us. In the US proto and performance gets the large screen.
no one really knows why…I mean how much extra would it cost.

look it’s not a deal breaker, but it is disappointing, and it’s one of those things that puts a little doubt into your head…pricing will be extremely important.
if they are trying to sell this for 80k with a small screen ….they will have a problem
its the little things that make you decide if it’s worth it or not.
For now I’m still excited and looking forward to the next few weeks, but that little seed is there, hopefully it doesn’t grow

i beleive Aus and Canada are the same. we both get the smaller 8" screen.

BUT! we also get the clear blinkers! hate that orange reflectors and blinkers that the US gets

Thats true. The problem is that most of the time we are inside, so you have to constantly look it at. which is shit. but will see what happens.
