Anyone else get the Aeroflow Dynamics S Style? Mine got delivered, but I have no idea on how to install it. No directions, no double sided tape that I have seen on other parts. When I asked they sent me a link to a YouTube video that showed them install one on a different car, but didn’t give my any details.

Got some clarification. Came with silver screws to hold the three pieces together. And, self tapping screws to go through the dimples and the bumper. Question for anyone that has done this, is there a better more secure option than self tapping screws? The roads here in SC are less than desirable. Want to be sure it is secure.

Mine came with tri-fold rivets. Got my Z at a dealer on a Friday evening and they said they could not install that stuff till Monday. So I did it myself that weekend. Just needed a rivet gun.

I just received my front chin spoiler and was wondering how to install it myself. I ordered directly from Nissan because my 2024 Nissan Sport model did not have a front chin spoiler. So I got one with a bag of rivets just like your picture. Did you have to drill all of those holes before you use the rivet gun? If you drill the holes, what size drill bit did you use?

And which rivet gun did you use and can you provide a link on Amazon? I have never used a rivet gun before, this is all new to me. Did you use tape to tape the chin spoiler to the exact spot before drilling holes? And how did you know which spot to drill those holes? Because underneath the Z, there are no holes premade to install the chin spoiler. I suppose you have to make a guess.

If I can't install it myself, I will have to take the Z to the dealer and have them do it for me.

Thanks!

The holes were already there on my performance. I don't know if they are on the sport model, I would assume they are. You don't even need to lift the car just kind of line it up under the front bumper and see if you can see where all the holes line up.

Here is the gun I have, it's just a simple hand-riveter. 2-3 squeezes when pressing in on the rivet and the metal post should pop out. Just youtube using a hand rivet gun, theres lots of video's out there.

These are tri-fold rivets so you can youtube those too but this is how a basic hand rivet gun works with "normal" riviets. It's the same.

Thanks for the video!

My model is the Sport model and there are no holes for the revits. I am going to take the Z to the dealer and have them install it for me since there are no holes.

I am thinking of using the 3M double sided tape and just tape the front chin spoiler underneath the Z. I will try that first and if the front chin spoiler drops during driving over bumps , I will then take it to the dealer. ha ha ha

My opinion: don't use the double-sided tape. The spoiler is pretty low, and it will scrape on ramps and such. I'd think double-sided tape wouldn't be up to the challenge. The spoiler might rip off and you could run over it before you realize what happened.

Maybe for installation. But, not as a permanent fix.

I contacted the Nissan dealer yesterday and they told me that they can not install the front spoiler bottom chin for the 2024 Nissan Z model.

Now I have no choice but to drill all the holes under the front bottom chin of 2024 Z. My only concern is if there are any important things underneath the front bottom chin of the 2024 Z.

From the videos I have seen of someone taking the bumper off. There is not anything directly along the bottom that is a concern, but it is always better to check twice before you drill.

It looks like it would install where the factory chin spoiler would go if you have that. If not "holes" should be there - if not use rivnuts so you can remove easily - JMHO. Any updates -or oics installed. For the price nice add.

The factory one sits further back (which the dealership did not install). I’m hoping to figure out the best way install the Aero Dynamics.

I love Rivnuts for this type of stuff. Makes it easily removable and holds better than a screw on it's own.
