I have this exact same issue and am just contemplating saying screw the dust boots, or what is left of them right now.

There are now Titanium shims by Z1, which could / should help keep the heat within the pads. I am getting rid of this Z for a NISMO MT, so I don't want to toss the money at it and instead just fix the calipers upon trade-in, return it to OEM rotors / pads.
No ones looking at burnt boots. Maybe fucked up, but I'd just sell it as is and call it (with street pads).

Boots are $15 and a rebuild kit is $50, so i think as long as you tell the new owner that they need replacement, should be fine

but

Higher end track and race calipers do not have boots and are designed no to work with boots because they are understood to need inspection and rebuild frequently

Lower end and street calipers have boots because you aren't expected to rebuild them all the time. Dust can impact performance, although the degree with depend on the situation

Don't know if you want to throw more money at the issue, but good 2 piece rotors should have vents that get even more cool air moving through the system that should help. Racing Brake and Paragon have good reps

Lastly, this is nothing against you, but there's also driving style. Some folks are just harder on their brakes. Have you had an experienced driver or instructor sit with you or follow, and maybe give some feedback?

I have Paragon 2-piece rotors and was using Carbotech XP10s with it. Only had an issue with the fronts, and it was the hottest day I've ever ran the Z on the track (90°F ambient temp).
I do not have brake ducts like the OP however.

As far as driver mod, I have an (instructor / coach) / lap analysis.

I'll be curious to see as we got more people on the track with their Zs, if we hear more of burnt dust boots.
