As the title says, is anybody running spacers until the get new wheels with proper offsets?. I want to run 15mm in the front but I heard that you have to shave off the OEM lugs with the performance wheels? 20mm sticks out too much. Looks like 20mm is fine in the rear.

I added the garage line 20mm front and 25mm rear. No issue with having to shave anything off. No fitment issues whatsoever. I have a 24 performance. Hope that helps.

15mm bolt on spacers will need oem studs shaved. The spacer isnt thick enough to fit with Z oem wheels

15mm slip on with extended studs is the next best thing

you got no issues with the front tire sticking out with the 20mm spacers?

I also started with 20 front & 25 rear. I changed to 15 front and 20 rear. Why? because if you follow the instruction of measuring the edge of the fender vertically with the rim and tire, those are the measures. You Do have to shave the studs in the front. Otherwise you would get vibration.
I also have a performance model and the spacers gives the car the look it should have.

No issues at all. Had them on since August. Also lowered on swift springs
Just gotta remember that lowering also adds camber and therefore changes the fitment a bit.

Yeah. i’m planning on lowering it with bc racing coilovers and will also purchase the adjustable rear camber arms from z1. Pretty much the same up as my old 370z.

I got the same trim/color and want to run a similar setup. I am considering slightly wider tires on the OEM wheels 265/35-19 front and 285/35-19 rear. Do you think there would be any rubbing issues with the wider tires and stock alignment? Also, how's the ride with the Swift springs? I've read mostly positive reviews, but one review stated that his Z bounces a bit.

I have been thinking of going with the same tires sizes just haven’t pulled the trigger. Thinking about just upgrading the wheels and tires. But still undecided. From everything I have seen on this site and talking to my local tire shop that setup on the stock wheels should be good to go. My springs. I love them. No bounce at all. Nice and smooth ride. No clunking no noise nothing. I wanted to do coilovers until I read that there is no way to adjust the rear without tearing apart the interior trim.

Thank you very much for the insight!

Thanks! When I took that pic, I had just picked up my car. It was at Blue Star Auto Salon for over a week. I got a minor paint correction (the installer said the Nissan paint was excellent quality), full Stek PPF, tint, and ceramic coat.
