Myself and other 26 MNP Z owners are trying to get somewhat of a head count of how many owners actually got the interior Heritage Badge as advertised. I personally did not and there seems to be confusion at the Nissan Dealerships, although clearly in their website and purchase docs it says the interior badge is a ā€œStandard Featureā€.

My Heritage did not have the interior logo badge that is listed as a Key Standard Feature. It is in the showroom brochure and on the corporate website. I am really curious how many Heritage Editions did not get the package they paid for. This is a mistake on Nissan’s end so every Heritage owner is owed one interior badge by law bottom line.

I looked at a few before I bought mine 6sp manual one and never saw a plaque
Yes, I really like the way Nissan did a beautiful on this years Z. They thought it through with the graphics, exterior rear spoiler. All the specific touches to the Heritage deserve kudos. However now they need to do the right thing by the consumer and complete it with what is shown In their advertising.

I wonder if anything could be determined from the VIN, like only the first "x" qty got plaques.
I was able to drill down to 13 available shown at NissanUSA, but not all were actually available.
Here's wheat I found.

VIN:
0748 = plaque
0984 = no plaque
1501 = no plaque
1744 = no plaque
1817 = no plaque
1833 = no plaque
1933 = no plaque

0775 = strangely listed at two dealerships, both only show stock Nissan images.
One of them I couldn't see the console.

BTW, the image in the post directly above for VIN 1959 appears to be a stock photo, not a photo of the actual car.

That is a lot of 26 Heritage Z’s without a plaque considering it is listed on the corporate website as a Key Standard Feature. My car is showing the early build 10-25. Here is a customers actual purchase .

In addition there was the one advertised for sale in youtube video with the badge, it was sold out of NC.

It’s a very specific type of label. We use them for some of our products. If someone could take a good pic from above with a ruler below or above it, I can find out how much to replicate them. Don’t know how much, but less than Nissan wants for them for sure.

Did the orange Heritage have one of these?

The Orange Heritage did not have the interior badge logo. This is a better picture of the badge. Nissan was asking like 32 dollars for it some dealerships were asking $50. This is like ordering a Nismo and not receiving the standard package. Does Nissan need a class action suit to provide the owners what they advertised?

ZCCA did numbered plaques for Protos and MY24 Heritage. Not sure if they're planning to do the MY26.
For MY26, does the OEM plaque on the console tell you what # it is?
If no plaque, how do you know the number?
Assume the Proto and MY24 had some way of showing where they were in the sequence, maybe.
It seems like Nissan got sloppy with the MY26.

Well, it could be worse. At least they're not outsourcing Z manufacturing to Austria :wink:

We haven’t had anyone come forward claiming they are the lucky owner of the MNP Z with the badge. If someone posts saying they have one we can definitely get those measurements. However it’s also a matter of principle, Nissan advertised it with the badge and it appears the majority of us owners didn’t get it.
