You could try Locking the parking brake on and rocking the car forwards and backwards to see fi it's the same noise.

It makes the groaning parking brake noises when I do that. Definitely not the same

Update: So I wasn't getting anywhere with the stealership.. As per procedure they follow TSB's until they run out and then need to call Nissan for next steps..
I borrowed a vibration analyzer and found the highest acceleration pings were with on the sub frame and more so the differential.

Hmm, mine, when I put it in neutral with the parking brake on and physically push the car forwards and backwards on a flat surface, it will move a little less than an inch backwards and forwards and ping/bounce off the parking brake limits before I get to any actual parking brake engagement/groaning.

When I do that, it makes a sound very similar to your video, even just rocking the car forwards and backwards by hand.

Your newest video also makes me think the parking brake is dragging by how much the car squats before the noise is heard (unless you were on a hill?)

Yeah that was on my driveway. It's got a decent grade to it. It was just the diff that's moving that much.
Turns out the rear diff mount in the subframe was loose. Got a good 3/4 of a turn before I got to the correct torque. Noise eliminated! Noticed a wear line on the bottom of the fluid filled bushing as well. Gonna grab the upgrade kit from Z1 most likely.

I probably already know the answer....

Are these a PITA to replace? My Q60 was known to have the same issue, the bushing could be noisy, could leak, or both. Mine was beginning to leak and was possibly making some noise, but it was AWD which probably reduced the stress on the rear diff bushing....
I traded it in before I had to replace the bushing because everyone on the Q forums loathed having to replace it (out of warranty)

Yeah, they are from what I read so far.

I did watch a video of a cheap hack to fill the pockets with quick set epoxy after the silicone leaks out. The guy in the video said it helped restore some stiffness to it.
You'll need the ones with the mixing tube on the end of the syringe so you can mix and inject in one go.

The complete upgrade kit from Z1 was around $650 CAD. new bushing, sub frame sleeves and a stiffening bracket.
