I can totally see an aftermarket company making a bar that you can just clip onto the grille.
Exactly. And not only just a straight "bar" itself, but I'm sure we will see different designs that will altar the rectangle shape. I would love see some sort of "fang" design like with the 2009-2012 370Z grille.

I kind of want someone to make a straight up 240 bumper for this I dont know how it would be done but I feel like it would be retro awesomeness
I don’t remember where I found these but idk about the bar only. If you went full on like the black one, it’d be retro awesomeness.

You see! It's beautiful now if I can somehow pull off the fender mirrors too...

I don't know it that's the solution Ziggy, but it does look better. I like the gold color too, but could go with different wheels.

I saw this on another forum and I think it would be perfect. Someone in the aftermarket scene definitely needs to produce these.

Almost all of these renders are terrible. Save the very first one posted.

The grille looks exactly like the 240z minus the bumper that breaks up the center. It's very Nissan and is a throwback to the original car itself. All of the lines meet to form that grille. Nobody got lazy. It was intentional to resemble the old car and I bet the majority of you like it once you see it.

Agree 100% on this. It's a very clean design. Too many front ends today have many gaping holes, most are overdone and not even functional. Leave it as-is, that square grille actually looks less dramatic on darker colors, but it sure identifies the Z as a descendant to the 240Z. I want Nissan to just leave it alone, great job. If any want additional 'holes' the aftermarket can jump in with replacement panels.

Just look at these ugly concoctions!
